CSI Biometrics is pupil led – they learn how to investigate and identify someone, using their unique physical characteristics. This workshop has been recently improved to include CSI Fingerprints and it works from Reception to Yr 6.
CSI Biometrics is one of a series of CSI workshops that stands equally well on its own. We collect and examine lots of different information about our bodies. What makes us unique? We explore both our differences and our similarities. Your children will be quick to grasp the relevance of this information in detective work.
Pupils develop their own observation and investigation skills, collecting and recording their own biometric data. They also play a detective game, based on biometric data. This is a great whole school workshop which works equally well with the very youngest and oldest children in your school.
