CSI – The Sugar Bowl Mystery

Use skills from Chromatography and CSI Fingerprinting workshops. Add in new investigations to discover who contaminated the sugar?

The clue to the workshop is in the title, CSI – The Sugar Bowl Mystery.

Pupils apply the CSI skills they learned in the Chromatography and Fingerprinting workshops, learn new detective skills, then find out “who dunnit”.

The crime is heinous – someone tampered with the teacher’s sugar bowl for her tea. She discovered the crime just before her break.

Who did it – was it a colleague or a pupil?

Children will have a case file, just like a detective. They have to work in teams to investigate a range of evidence.

We find keen hands on science students take their CSI skills home and play detective around the house. You should warn parents and siblings now!
